Leslie
Dunsmore
Leslie Dunsmore is a BC-born painter whose recent work captures
the simplicity of silence.
Inspired by years of observing forests, marshlands, lakes, and
oceans, Leslie’s paintings explore distant and magnified
images of nature. Largely self-taught, Dunsmore has studied
at a number of prestigious institutions including London School
of Art, Vancouver School of Art, North Island College, and
Italy's Santa Reparate Graphics Studio in Florence. She's had
numerous group and solo exhibitions.

Kathryn
Ellis
Artist/sculptor Kathryn Ellis works predominently in marble,
and incorporates the historical origins of marble into her sculpture,
producing works of art which represent a unity of form and matter.
Kathryn has exhibited her work in a number of solo and group exhibitions
in Canada, USA and Japan. Her work is in private collections in

Lorraine
Martinuik
Lorraine Martinuik is a multi-dimensional artist whose work explores
the act of mark-making, the origins of language and visual art,
and the inner workings of creative process. She questions the
impulses that lead human beings to record things, to use visual
markings to express ideas, to build elaborate systems of communication.
Her work has been exhibited over the past thirty years in both
group and solo shows all over British Columbia—Vancouver,
Richmond, the Fraser Valley, Courtenay, Denman Island, Wells—in
South Africa, and in New Zealand.

Menard
Richard Menard is a sculptor and carver who works from his studios
on Denman Island and Tofino, BC. Inspired by First Nations and
Buddhist traditions, as well as the beauty of nature, Menard's
pieces exude a contemplative and serene presence.

Fine Art Publishers
and Gallery
MiMa Fine Art Publishers and Gallery was established in 2005
by Internationally established artists, Mitra Ghaffari and Mark
Prior. Mima presents a variety of contemporary art works, including
original water colors (using Chinese ink, vegetable and mineral
colors on rice paper), calligraphic ink and brush paintings, and

Schulman
Handmade Judaic & Buddhist furniture and glass pieces designed
