Art Gallery

The Arts Denman Summer Gallery is volunteer-run with the primary goal of provide a variety of quality shows that promote Denman artists (though occassionally off-island artists are also featured). The 2007 Season will offer six shows, June 14 - September 4. An opening reception with the artist is held on the first day of each show, at 7:30 PM. Museum

Denman Island has a centrally located museum that is a popular stop for tourists who are interested in learning more about the rich history of our island. The museum is open 1:30pm to 4pm, from June 24 to September 3.

Christmas Craft Faire

The Denman Christmas Stroll on December 1-2, 2007 is a superb Country Christmas Faire—26 years in the making. Drawing from the "artist enclave" found on this Gulf Island, this faire is renowned for its high quality professional crafts. Over 70 booths in 2 Community Centres, 10:00am to 4:00pm, 1 block from the ferry landing, or hop on the Shuttle Bus for a loonie! More details »
